As Business Development and Bid Manager at x-dream-group, Joanna Eberhardt oversees all tender activities and manages the entire bid process.

With more than seven years of experience in sales and business development within the broadcast and media technology sector, she is responsible for coordinating complex tenders and aligning technical, commercial and organizational requirements.

After a stay abroad in Great Britain, Joanna completed her Bachelor’s degree in Media and Cultural Studies as well as German Language and Literature in Cologne. During her studies, she gained editorial experience through internships in television, radio and online media. She later earned a Master’s degree at Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich, specializing in linguistics, multilingualism and media theory, with a focus on intercultural competence and project management.
